Anti-Harassment Policy

Small World Music, the producer of Global Toronto Music Festival, will not tolerate, ignore, or condone any form of discrimination or harassment and is committed to promoting appropriate standards of conduct at all times. All employees, artists/performers, contractors, and participants accessing services or participating in any of Small World Music programs (including but not limited to festivals, conferences, mentorship programs, etc) are responsible for respecting the dignity and rights of their co-workers, colleagues, fellow artists, and the community and public in general. Invitations to participate or registration for participation at Global Toronto Music Festival may be withdrawn if accusations of sexual harassment or misconduct arise in the course of discussing your participation or if Small World Music becomes aware of such allegations, after issuing an invitation, even if the alleged events took place prior to your participation at Global Toronto Music Festival or your association with Small World Music”
